1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our transportation services. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized agents.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon service completion, as agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service.

4. Service Usage

• Our drivers will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
• Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be charged to the passenger.

5. Liability

• We strive to provide safe and timely transportation but are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

6. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in the Jamaican courts.
